Deep Tissue Back Massage
For those of us who require a deeper pressure and some greater TLC due to stiff necks, knotty shoulders, sore upper backs or lumbar areas and general pain due to poor posture, injury, illness etc. Similar to a Swedish massage with greater pressure concentrated around the areas of concern, this massage will leave you feeling relaxed, invigorated with much more freedom of movement and a reduction / elimination of pain.

Aromatherapy Massage
With a greater focus on relaxation, our Aromatherapy Massage is lighter in pressure and a slower pace than a Swedish Massage. Using a variety of premixed oils from ‘Every Last Drop’ the treatment can be tailored to your individual requirement.

Hot Stone Massage
Our Hot Stone Massage uses heated basalt stones in addition to the therapists hands to calm, soothe and help melt away any stress or tension that you may have. This is a great massage if you suffer from tight shoulders, a stiff neck or poor posture as the heat from the stones can penetrate quickly and deeply through the muscle fibres, more efficiently than when using the hands alone.

Scalp and Face and Upper Neck Massage
A variation on Indian Head, this massage takes place lying on the couch, with or without oils and basically looks after everything above the shoulders. This is perfect for those of us who suffer from tension headaches, migraine, sinusitis, sleeplessness or those who find it hard to unwind.
